I have never had a more horrifying vet experience with any of my animals. We made the mistake of taking our cat here because it was much closer to our house and he was extremely scared of car rides. We took him in on a Mon. morning and he was there until Fri. and he still hadn't improved when we picked him up. Everytime I would call or stop in to check on him, I would give them his name, and each time was asked for my last name. There were only a couple animals there, I don't understand why they couldn't at least learn his name. And each time I would speak with a vet, it would be a different one, and they never knew his original symtoms. At one point they thought he was there for a urinary tract infection, when he was there bloody diarea and vomitting. This vet had also diagnosed him with a seafood allergy, yet when I went to visit him, they were feeding him tuna! And when we did bring him home, he smelled horrible and had dried **** smeared all over his back end.

Dr.Matt Winter is great. Ladies at front desk can be a little rough around the edges but really they are sweethearts.
