Doctor was smiling and happy giving our special guy his last in his life shot of eutanasia (no one hint for compassion) while we were all in tears, just emotionally crashed and all stuff was loudly laughing next door knowing what is going on with us, I will never get back to this place, so regret that even took my dearest cat there(by the way after reading 15 positive reveiws on Google.

We were vacationing in the area & found a sick, stray cat after all the local shelters had closed. We stopped in here & asked for any help they could give us (even just to keep the cat till the next morning until we could get to a shelter). They flatly refused, and were without compassion at all. I cried when we left - it was a terrible experience, and the staff was heartless.
