I urge you to not take your pet here. Please research other offices. There is a definite lack of knowledge and quick decision-making skills, along with no compassion or empathy, amongst others, including customer service.

My puppy was neutered by Dr Kathy Parks at this hospital while she did a good job and was competent the incompetent staff sent me home without a cone. Had to drive back to get it. They are pretty predatory about money too and try to add all kinds of stuff to your bill if you don't watch out. I will be looking for another service!!

I used to work here. If you have never seen the back, go in. I watched one vet (who is part owner) do a neuter and then hang the newly removed testicles on his ears. He didn't change his gloves and then did another surgery on a different animal. The sick cats are less than five feet from the surgery table and RIGHT NEXT TO the recovery area. If you have an exotic, they are good, but otherwise, I wouldn't go here for ANY reason. They also overcharge, screw up medicine, and then tell you that it "just didn't work properly" and charge for new medicine. The first may not have even been for the problem your animal was having. I saw them prescribe ear medicine for a stomach problem and never let on that they made a mistake.
