this vet only cares about money doesn't care about the pets at all they charge twice the price for medicine as you can buy online and when you ask for the perception for your medication that you have been giving your pet for years they tell you no and they need to book an opponent for your pet

Very caring staff, good communication from vet outside of appointment times. Rates are average for the area (i.e. expensive but not excessive). Customer for 8 years, including two with a chronically ill senior dog requiring many appointments.

I took my cat to this vet with UTI symptoms. After only 5 minutes of my cat being assessed by the vet, they told me that they were keeping him for the rest of the week and it would be a $700-750.00!!!! I told them up front that I didn't have a whole lot of money, so they would do it for 350.00 with cash up pick up, THAT DAY. After telling them again I didn't have that kind of money, they moved him into the back and refused to give him back. They charged me 74.00 for a 5 minute check-up and threatened to call the SPCA if I take him home. They were quilting me so I would keep him there, telling me that he was dying. It seems to me that these people care more about money than the animals themselves. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VET!!

I took my rat here to have a mammory tumor removed, something that should have been a simple procedure and that 95% of rats make it through just fine. I was told that the vet had done many surgeries like this but she ended up killing my rat. Obviously she did something wrong or didnt have the proper equipment to operate on rats but she didnt tell me that. She couldnt even tell me what went wrong, just that she woke up after the surgery and her heart stopped. No explanation. Do not trust anyone at this clinic!

These people were so compassionate when our dog needed extensive surgery after being hit by a car. They were professional and caring and went out of their way to look in on her on a Sunday

I had been a customer for over 10yrs with this clinic. My dog was very ill, he kept on having epilectic cesures, I took him to the vets, told them I did not have any money, but I got paid the following day and they could keep the dog overnight and I would pay them in the morning. The girl at the front desk told me they couldent see my dog with out money up front. (Not a pleasant experience for me or my son). So I had to go get a payday loan so they would look at my dog. wow totally a negative experience with this clinic. Of course this clinic has lost my business, I cannot believe the way they treated us, and more importantly my dog. I am sorry but I have to give this clinic the thumbs down. They are supposed to be in business for the welfare of the animal, not the all mighty dollar. Really pathetic. Will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

At 8 weeks of age,our Akbash smooth skinned puppy had developed entropian (eyelids turn into eye).We took her to Dr. Pawel, who diagnosed her case as severe and suggested that we consider surgery. We had already done our research and knew that many websites and vets didn’t recommend surgery until they were mostly grown to minimize the chance of over or under correcting the problem leading to future surgeries. Dr.Pawel was sympathetic to our concerns but felt that he could correct the problem now. Apparently, entropian surgery is as much an art as it is a science as stated by one vet on the internet. We felt confident in Dr.Pawel and went ahead with the surgery. After the surgery,we could see that it was a huge success. Her eyes looked great and no more tears. But we weren’t sure how they would be as she continued to grow. However, she is now 8 months old tomorrow and her eyes look fabulous. You wouldn’t know that she ever had a problem. Thanks Dr.Pawel, you’re a great vet and artist.

Dr. Marco and all his staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowlegable. I followed Dr. Marco over when he opened his own practice and was sad to lose him as my vet when I had to relocate. He always took time to explaine things to me and make me understand. He never tried to sell me services or products that he felt were unneccessary, which I greatly appreciated. He and his staff are sorely missed!
