Did not examine my pet but gave me an insane quote for treatment. Left my animal in a cage in the back for over an hour while I waited for the doctor. Staff was very rude. I responded to my visit with a review and received a private message from the owner/ manager to remove but when I attempted to call and discuss the situation as he suggested I was told that "he does not take calls". Well, if I ran a facility that was managed as poorly as it is, I would not take calls either. His efforts should be in improving the quality of service and the care they provide to the animals that people trust them with. Very disturbing experience.

The new facility is VERY nice, but that's where it ends. Google "Mircea Volosen" to learn what kind of veterinarians are working there! My pets are no longer patients of the Becker Clinic for a multitude of reasons, but ESPECIALLY because they employ a person like Dr. Volosen.

I dropped my dog off at 7:30 one morning. There were 2 dogs ahead of her. She was to be spayed. After 4 phone calls wondering why I haden't heard from them, they called at 10:00 pm and said she could be picked up that next morning.I told them not to bathe her because of her fear of water.When I got there she had been bathedand her stomache was swollen with fluid. Dr. Becker said it would go down. When I complained about the service he became irritated and very rude. He said this isn't a fast food joint!!(I am overweight)hmmm. If he is on the up and up why be so rude and defensive. Come to find out she had bleeding under the skin. Another vet helped me. Don't take your pets to him even if the place is new and fancy!!!!

The only good thing is that the facility is new, therefore relatively clean. But Dr. Becker was very rude especially when confronted with a contradictory view. I had seen him for my cat, he did lots of blood work, lots of testing and for almost a year my cat didnt get better. I saw another vet their, found the problem. I rechecked with Becker, told him what was really wrong, and told him I was dissapointed that it took that long to diagnose. He got furious!! Yelled at me, kicked me out of the hospital. I spent thousands with Dr. Becker only to not get results. If I called with questions I would be several different answers from his staff. He is an awful doctor, and a horrible human. All he had to do was look in my cats mouth once to find that his back molars where so infected. This explained his weird blood work and lose of weight.

Took my dog in for a ? urinary tract infection. The vet did not check her temperature, ask for a urine sample or attempt to obtain one; he based the diagnosis on the fact that our pet wet her bed while sleeping. The vet prescribed antibiotics and hormone tablets without a firm diagnosis, and billed me over $100. When I askes the name of the hormone medication, the vet assistant told me it was a long long name and did not pronounce it.

Dr. Becker is extreamly compasionate. He will do his best to take care of your pets. My 3 y/o Yorkie passed away a few hours after we took him in on a Sunday at 9PM (hard to find a vet at that hour and day). Dr. Becker Immediatly recognized the dog was critical and ran blood tests and put our dog on a IV. Sadly the puppy didnt make it but Dr. Becker, being such an amazing person didnt charge us for ANY work done that night. He also preformed an autopsy to confirm the cause of death for us and creamated him for no charge. Dr. Becker also heard that we had another younger puppy who hadnt had her shots yet and he told us to bring her in that night to get her shots because she was in danger of catching Parvo and Distemperment. And you guessed, also for free, all because he felt our pain for our dog passing on his watch. I'm not saying expect free service, I am saying he is compasionate and will take care of you and your animals to the best of his ability.
