The staff stand outside smoking while they are walking the boarding animals, they are rude and The Dr. has had a number of pets go to other clinics because of something she did not do right. Staff is very rude when emergencies come in as if they do not want to be bothered. I have had a bad experience with this place and will not recommend this clinic to anyone.You get what you pay for if you can even get seen.

I took my injured dog in there and they wouldnt even look at him they said we cant help you .. not even trying to listen to what had happened or anything...

A very caring and knowledgeable Veterinary Service with low cost services in comparision to other vets in the Spring Woodlands area. We have been a customer since 1988 and Dr. Rowe has cared for our 3 dogs and 4 cats over the years. I would not use any other vet in the area to care for our animals. The receptionist is always courteous, friendly, caring, and helpful.

Great place to get honest attentive care for your pet a doctor who knows how to treat your pet without doing 800 dollars worth of tests first. She also has very competent staff at her disposal.
