i thought when i walked into this clinic i had found a vet for my great dane. i was extremely wrong. i felt notleaving satisfied as mh two main questions were not answered. when i got home mh dane was in much pain and worse. i called back the vet 3 times that day and explained i felt my dane was in an emergeny situation and no call back from vet. the dog was up all night in pain and got worse. i called the vet as soon as they opened and explained the situation and they said he would call. i called 2 more times and no call back. i got my dog to another vet and he was very upset and wanted to know who i went to because my dog was in an emergench situation. they took my money and did not follow thru. i am very thankful that i got my dog to another vet in time.

cost to walk thru the door is getting a bit ridiculous. I get everyone has to make a living, but some people just can't afford to drop almost $60. BEFORE the vet even looks @ the animal. I love the vets, the techs & the staff, but the place is becoming a little out of reach for me... Other area vets are only charging $40-45 an office visit. It's getting to the point, you can't even own a pet because of the cost of the vet.

Techs are great. reception..not so nice. WAY too expensive. go to the township if you need rabies shots. Even try Popcorn Zoo park. Bordatella shots much more reasonably priced at Camp BowWow. If your pet needs any of the above or Heartworm meds, go somewhere else...uless you feel the need to be ripped off

Though I am happy with the veterinarians themselves. Some of the front desk staff are not very polite. My biggest complaint is the difference in price between them and other vets in the area. i've compared bills with friends and generally there is a 20% difference in price for the same things. Overall nice vets (esp. dr.cho) but very overpriced.
