never bring your pet here.we had an cal procedure scheduled on our dog .My wife had to call 5 times, only to find out at 7 pm he might be able to be done at 9 that evening.Feeling uncomfortable, she went to pick up the dog, only to be be greed by Dr Hanson, running out of the ER covered in blood and screaming so loud he scared our daughter. He told her that she should be ashamed of herself for wanting to take our dog home, even though he was not fed a whole day, kept in a cage and had a huge iv mark on his arm. He was disappointed that he was losing money. He said he came in on his day off, when we scheduled weeks in advance. The front desk is rude and undermanned. The entire incident traumatized the entire family, especially our little bichon javanese.He yelled he was firing us as patients, which was moot because he already fired as our vet surgeon. We strongly urge everyone not to take your animal to this office. They are mean to animals and people
