The front office staff are very friendly. They listen to what you are saying about your pet. Then they send you in the correct direction. Now, your pet is in the hands of caring and very smart nurses and Doctors. So very fortunate to have this vet office for our paws etc., Thank You, Rena Rosenfeld

I have been bringing all of my fur babies to PetCalls since 1994/1995. The level of care is exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, through, kind, caring, compassionate and CLEAN!!!! This is a state of the art facility. Dr Eurlich, Dr Roberts, and the entire staff are wonderful.
During this pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of all the animals, owners, and staff. The are doing an amazing job.
My cat, Daphanie, was very ill and had to be euthanized in April. The way the staff handled the entire process was so professional and kind. They figured out a way for me to be with her during her passing and for that I am forever grateful.

I have direct family who are nationally honored vets and 4 breeders who have shown at Westminster many times over the yrs.Not an amateur but I did not mentioned this to Pet Calls because I like to get the feel of new vets.My 6yr old son was thrilled about his first puppy and new best friend.New to the area so went to Pet Calls.Puppy was 3 month old Mastiff breed,assistant scared him,he gave a helpless growl that ended in a cry and him peeing.I do not argue with people who are lacking in skill and professionalism.Instead I listened as "Dr" Ehrlich ranted IN FRONT OF MY 6YR OLD that our puppy was “the most dangerous breed she could think” of,that he would end up attacking my son's friends and that if I did not neuter my puppy he would end up attacking my son.ALL IN FRONT OF MY 6YR SON.My breed is well noted for excellent temperament with children.My IQ is 150 and my children are my life.My dog is now an AKC and ICCF champion, a working search and rescue dog as well as cert therapy dog.
