I took my young, healthy dog into Warner Vista for a routine dental cleaning, and the vet decided to surgically extract 5 teeth without talking to me first. They require that you sign a release form before the cleaning, but I never in a million years would have thought that they would feel justified to making such a significant decision without consulting me first. My pet never showed any discomfort or pain or anything that indicated to me that there was a problem. What made me even angrier is that the technician, and not the veterinarian, did the post-surgery debrief. She explained that his teeth were "loose". The vet called me the next day when I complained and failed to convince to me that extractions were necessary. I'm furious about this. They should have consulted me, and with an explanation like that, I never would have authorized it. heir behavior is an egregious violation of trust. Completely unacceptable. Do not take your pet to Warner Vista.

I have had several bad experiences at Warner Vista and will never return. The vets are both competent but have absolutely no bedside manner with the animals or social skills with the owners. I heard one of the vets yelling at his vet techs. If he yells at his vet techs when customers can hear, I wonder how the animals are treated behind the scenes. The front staff is also extremely rude. When one of my puppies died of Parvo and two others had to be hospitalized in an emergency facility, I called the vet out of concern for my other dogs wondering if there was a need to bring them in. The receptionist showed no concern whatsoever for my dogs or the condition of my puppies and told me that "they didn't need dogs shedding Parvo all over the clinic". This practice does have reasonable fees for services. However, when there are so many excellent vets in the Phoenix area, why not choose a practice where the animals are the first priority and the office staff is pleasant and compassionate?

Really bad experience. Had a yorkie experiencing a seizure, and one male vet told her to "shut up" and stop crying. I left immediately, will never go back. He treated and handled her so poorly, it really frightened me.
