Bringing my cat here I believe contributed to his death. I left him with the vet during the day and because he formed a heart murmur gave him no food or water because they were "scared of what it might do to him". So instead of calling me at work they waited for me to pick him up after work to take him to the hospital. He went 8 hours with no water and was too weak to regain his health. He died 3 days later. And there was no card or inquiry of his health afterward. I would not go here.

I found the vets to be difficult. When I'd ask a question they'd often make a joke about it. Not funny when you are worried about your pet's health. They also pushed their prescription vet food and were woefully uneducated about feline nutrition. One of my cats gained 6 lb on their prescriptioni food! Their answer (a direct quote): "sometimes it doesn't work." And they offered to sell me another brand of prescription food. Just because this is a cats-only clinic, you aren't getting better medical care.

I am very pleased with Cream City Kitty Clinic. The doctor was on time and I did not feel rushed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the technicians was especially nice to my daughter which made the appointment go so much smoother.
