She killed my 2 cats, the first. She didn't bother to take care of the fluids in his lungs and
let him basically die.
The second, she didn't bother to check if she had heart issues, so the medication she had me give her
killed her. The ER tech told me that night, because I had to rush her there and he said the medication
prescribed for her made her heart stop that the VET SHOULD have checked if my baby had heart issues.
My baby was doing ok and that killed her.
I trusted her for years, well with simple things, like just shots, these were my first 2 major issues
and she killed both of my babies.
She is cheap, but careless. Horrible and she shouldnt be a VET period.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Christmas 2011. We had an English bulldog puppy and I was in love with home. At 6 mths he developed cherry eye. We decided to have Jean Churan fix it. The first surgery failed and within a day it popped out again. He was 9 months at the time and had NO difficulties with sedation. We decided to take him in for a second time to remove the cherry eye lid. I took 9 month old English bulldog puppy in for a SIMPLE procedure only to recieve a call that he DIED while in sedation!!! Iam heartbroken. I have ran into several people who have worked for JEAN CHURAN and quit because dogs have died for NO REASON here.... Where are these people and why is anyone NOT sharing these stories!!!! PLEASE DO NOT take your dog here for even a SIMPLE procedure. My heart is broken and I cannot begin to tell you how devastated we are....

Very unhappy with the quality of service that was provided here. I would never recommend this vet to anyone I know. Yes the facility is nice and the receptionist is wonderful, but the vet tech was rude and too forceful when petting/handling my pet in my opinion. The exam that was given was of very poor quality. Many things were over looked. Also, a puppy went into my room immediately after my visit and room was not cleaned in anyway. My grandmother also took her small dog there and the vet falt out said she does not like little dogs. She then continued to disrespect my grandmother. If your a vet, shouldn't you love all animals or at least care for the well being of each and every one? I will never be returning.

Jean Churan is an evil troll who only cares about money and will lie, cheat, and steal just to make a buck. I've witnessed her beat animals as a form of "dsicipline" and she will deliberately lie to the faces of her clients. She screws up all the time, but won't admit to it as long as she has staff who she can throw under the bus. She treats her staff like garbage and once even tried to choke one of her employees who made a mistake. If you care about your pets, keep them away from her. Her staff are good people, but she is a witch.

My cat had horrible dental problems. I called all around for estimates ranging up to $1000. I liked how this place sounded so I took her in for an exam here( only $30). The doctor seemed up front and only concerned with the problem at hand and not taking all of my money. She quoted me a price for 1-2 teeth extractions and when it turned into 5 the price did not change. I ended up out the door at $430 with vaccines and take home meds and special food. I'm sure if I had looked even harder and gone to some dirty looking place I might have found it for a bit less, but i know got a good price and this place is new looking and clean. I'll pay a bit more to know my cat isn't going to come home with something else wrong with her. Finally I've found a vet worth a damn!!

Our Golden Retriever had ear and eye problems. The Vet was very forthright and honest about our pet's issues. She provided a very good diagnosis, medicine to clear up the infection, and a follow up call. Excellent facilities and staff.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! I worked at this clinic for a short period. The staff is abusive to the animals. If an animal is disobedient or stubborn they slap, punch, and pull the ears excessively to try and control them. The doctor is well aware that it is going on and ignores it. If you love your pets take them elsewhere.

My dog spent a whole day there for what turned out to be a simple but painful infection in his leg. He was misdiagnosed, initially, by the vet and I was told to pick him up and call back the next day for results of blood work. I was sent home with pain killers and arthritis medicine and the dog had been sedated. When the sedation wore off the dog started howling in pain and his leg was oozing pus. I ended having to take him to the hospital just hours after returning from the vet. The hospital was able to diagnose him properly in 20 minutes and began to relieve his considerable suffering almost immediately. When comparing the itemized bill from the vet to the one from the hospital I could have saved almost the entire $400+ I spent at the vet had I gone to the hospital first. The vet was contacted by the hospital for records but the vet never called to check on the dog. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this vet but it will be the last as I am never going there again.

Cruel and sloppy, broke my pets hip while drawing blood then lied about pets condition. Borded pet, medication not given and pet returned to me with urin on back. Does not deserve liscense! STAY AWAY!!!! Cheep but vs. the value of a pet not worth cost savings.
