11/30/10   1     2     1     1   I was extremely disappointed with the service from this facility. I took my cat in with a blocked bladder they did x-rays and the machine they used was not equipped to see stones in the bladder. They told me he had an infection and he would be fine. They kept him for 2 days gave him fluids and put a catheter in him and drained him and sent him home on friday assuring me he would be fine. By Saturday morning he was blocked so I took him back. They charged me $115 after I just paid $1000 the night before to drain him again. (and I wad originally told my price was $775) by Saturday evening he was blocked again. I wound up taking him to a new vet Saturday night , them being the middle man just went by what we had told them (thinking it was an infection) by Sunday we had to rush him to an emergency clinic where they did x-rays as well. Come to find out it was stones in his bladder. Now had they done the proper x-rays at LHP they would have seen them. Please be aware if you bring your pet in RID: 21171
