About 4 years ago I bought a female baby Chinchilla at the PetSmart for my son. She was very friendly, funny and nice. I made an appointment in this Rainforest Clinic on Dec. 30, 2014 because my chinchilla needed a minor procedure for teeth trimming. Dr. Clubb asked me to drop her off there and pick her up after 1 hour. After 1 hour when I came back they told me that the procedure was as planned. However when I opened a door close to the procedure's room, I saw my chinchilla dead on the floor and one big dog biting her. She was attacked by the dog(s) after the surgery. Immediately I shouted for help, but unfortunately Dr. Clubb could no longer resuscitate here. It was negligence and careless because inside the Clinic they keep and permit many dogs walking freely. They didn't have any care with my pet after the surgery. All my family and especially my son are deeply saddened.
