1.If your pet is heat intolerant, be careful as this vet will only work with clients on the front porch.When I requested a special accommodation for my senior pet who is disabled and heat intolerant to come inside where there is AC, Dr. Siegel said I was being pushy (despite my only asking one time).
2.Office manager (Alyssa) who is Dr. Siegel’s daughter is not friendly and will not speak to you on the phone. She only will deal with clients via email and can be rude with snippy comments despite my genuine questions.
3.When you first contact the office about an appointment, you will be promptly and rudely told that you have to first take Dr. Siegel’s mandatory Pet Parent Education course ($ 200) as they won’t even speak to you or talk to you even if you are just trying to first find out about certain accommodations with a special needs pet.
4.I was also told before arriving one would also need to have a $ 250 online/phone pre appointment with Dr. Siegel as well.

Dr Siegel is the worst vet I've ever been to! She ran tests on my dog that were unnecessary and she never gave a clear answer as to what was wrong. She seemed more concerned about how much money she could charge VS helping my pet. Her facility is nasty and there is a broken down boat parked outside. She actually admitted she read a test wrong, but I still had to pay for her mistake according to her. I had to see another vet to get proper treatment and he laughed at what she did!!! Stay clear of this vet!
