All of the techs and vets are great and on time. The office is spotless. Most of the office staff is kind and efficient. A few of the staff are not kind and are inefficient; I try to ignore them. They are a little higher in price than other vets. I feel comfortable there, so I will continue to go.

I took my pet rabbit here, because she had a mild infection. Dr. Carraway prescribed medicine which was toxic to her. My rabbit died in terrible pain from it. Dr. Carraway had told me it would help her, but killed her instead. It was not an allergic reaction; I found out from another vet that it was contraindicated for rabbits. I regret that I ever went here.
