We started using Country Critters when they first opened the clinic and have never regretted it. The founding vet/owner is still active and a good general vet surgeon; a second vet has been with the clinic a long time and has a good eye for the unusual disease; the most recent vet addition is a young man who is wonderful with pets and also a good eye for the unusual. We tend to have a lot of pets--right now, four cats and four dogs and as is typical the age mix for each ranges from elderly to less than a year, so we see a variety of issues. We had a cat treated for FIV who underwent a lot of health crises and received great, compassionate care; our elderly dog has had two major, emergency surgeries at the clinic and did well. We have been referred to a specialist a couple of times and were happy with the results. We purchase our flea/tick/HW supplies at a local humane society, because of cost, but all of our prescriptions are purchased at the vet clinic and their prices are fair.

Knowledgeable staff that tries very hard to make the clients happy. Sometimes as the expense of thoroughness because of trying to squeeze to many patients into too little time and sometimes forget to tell clients in waiting rooms if there is a delay and why leaving them felling forgotten.
