Kindness, compassion, and sensitivity when I had to have 1 cat and 2 kittens put down for feline acquired iimmune deficiency syndrome. Noticed how clean facility. Friendly staff. I was taken in to a private room immediately for procedure. I live in area and I'll be going there in future. All my questions were answered. Given good info about another cat with a bite on back.

I took my small dog there for a heart problem and they were helpful and I did not have a long wait. The dog is doing fine. They followed up three days later to see how she was doing.
