Click to report rating    3/16/10   5     5     4     3   I love east end vet! The facility is so clean and new and the doctors and staff are nice, helpful and knowlegdeable. They even have a store on the website for ordering prescription refills by mail. Very helpful. I would recommend both Drs. Cangin and Fisher. The prices are a bit high though. RID: 17085
Click to report rating    8/21/09   1     5     1     1   Dr. Cangin mis-diagnosed my dog who had aspiration phnemonia and left him untreated witch lead to his death. Pat the receptionist never followed up to see how he was doing, but called to see if I wanted to purchase a muzzel instead. I found all of this irresponsible and neglectful, considering they followed up with an ear infection the week before. They will charge you 200.00 for and ear infection. I told Dr. Cangin in detail that my dog had choked on his food and I heard him choking and weezing for over a day before I brought him in. I confronted her as to why she said his lungs were clear she just said she didn't here it. But my other vet said his lungs were bad and if he choked on his food he had aspiration phnemonia. But the treatment was too late. He died in less that a week. I am in the beauty industry and my clients; Dr.'s and nurses say you hear it right away and she should have taken precautionary measures. Luckily we don't need to go there anymore. Blessing in disguise. RID: 13947
