Terrible place. Vet techs gossip about you and are very rude. They make you wait forever. Dogs are neglected in the back while they take care of their overrun clinic due to low prices.

My guinea pig had surgery for bladder stones at Noah's Ark Thursday, July 23, 2009. She hadn't been put on the schedule, Dr. Greg had forgotten to do so. They took away her hay, but didn't do the surgery till afternoon, so she had nothing in her digestive tract for a long time, when it's necessary for guinea pigs. Surgery that afternoon, pain reliever then but not all day Friday, though I had asked for it. Wouldn't let me take her home, kept saying to call Friday, then later on Friday. Dr. Terry fed her Critical Care at 2, she wasn't eating, nothing after that. Supposed to be ready at 4:30, mob of people there, couldn't get out till 5:30. She had a seizure and died when I took her out of the carrying case. I feel guilty and devastated. 1) no food all day Thursday, 2) no pain reliever after Thursday afternoon, 3) kept her even after I called repeatedly wanting to come get her, though they weren't trying after 2 on Friday to get her to eat.

This place is really dirty and smells disgusting. The prices are good but on the whole there needs to be some major updating.
