They took care of my Old Lady cat, seeing her through 2 surgeries for multiple mastectomies until she succumbed @ 12 yrs. They care for my other two companions, 5 yr old Smokey and 8 yr old Furby, with knowledge and empathy for them and forbearance for me and my concerns. They are excellent and if I were a rich woman I would endow them with grants and presents. RID: 14032
