My father swore by this clinic, but I found there staff to be rude, with lack of care in how they treat clients. I had an emergency with kittens that neonates and didn't have the tub needed to give them the milk replacement. They were to weak to suckle from the bottle and nip I had. I They said they would have to examine the kittens when the vet came, but they could not even think of getting me in before 2 pm I explained that these kittens wouldn't last that long and asked if I could purchase the tube. I'm a registered breeder and have tube fed on occasion when a queen is not able. The receptionist with extreme long nails (but very lovely) nobody wants talons gripping there already over anxious pet. But she was pleasant and said she would inquire for me. The next woman was rude and misinformed. She comes out to say no I'd have to be certified. I tearfully told her they would not make it until then. She was unmoved, well was she not certified? My kitten died before we got the tube.

BAD!! I took my puppy here since he had been puking. they took my puppy inside with them. They come out later saying that it could be something serious like parvo or that he ate something big and would have to get a SURGERY to remove it. Since he was a puppy and hadn't gotten his shots we knew that could happen so we let them continue. After an hour we got a call from them saying that he didn't have parvo but he could've eaten something. They then try to have him do X-rays for HUNDREDS of dollars. They also tried to get us to let them keep him overnight which would've ended up costing $5000 dollars but we decided to keep him for the night. When we got our puppy back he looked scared. That night he didn't ****once. This ended up costing us over $600. The next day they once again tried to call us to keep our puppy with them despite us telling them that he was no longer puking. They don't know what their doing. They try rob you of your money and cause your pet stress. DO NOT GO HERE!

We've had great experiences here and have taken our dogs and cats to this vet office since we moved into the neighbourhood 17 years ago. My only complaint is that they're closed on Sundays which has been inconvenient a few times. Other than that they're great and I recommend them.

There is no care for the pet, only their pocket! Took mini doxie for dental. They had her for almost 10 hours. Went to pick her up and they said they had not finished the work and needed to put her under again. This sounded wrong to me as they had her for so long and was quoted 1500 max. The bill for the 1 visit was 2000 and they wanted more to put her to sleep again. I was more concerned putting her to sleep a second time so I went and got a second opinion. They said they would not put her under the stress again as the teeth that were left were not in bad condition, they told me to clean them frequently and keep an eye on them. Its been about 2 years and still no problems. They just wanted more money and could care less about my dog or my situation. When I questioned the second visit, they made me feel sick told me that if she gets an infection it will go to her blood and poison her and kill her! Will never return, and will tell as many as I can not too as well

Very happy with this clinic. The staff is friendly and caring. Not the cheapest place but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I'm not interested in taking my pets to the cheapest place anyway. I would rather paya little more than go to another place that barely looks at my cats and dogs. This place is thorough, thorough, thorough for sure. I've trusted them for many years with my pets.

They treated my cats like they were their own and ask about how they are every time i go in to buy food I have sent friends there and will continue to go to them even though I don't live in the area any longer

I have used this clinic only a few times. The service was good however they tried to sell me pricey tests that I knew were not needed. The staff has lost their warm, welcoming way. Although professional, they seemed distant and cold. Too bad!

We have taken our 2 dogs to this clinic for over 8 years now. They are kind and caring and seem thorough. My only complaint is that our dog was misdiagnosed with a back injury when he actually had an anal glad infection. I thought that was pretty odd, considering what I learned about this being common is small dogs and easy to check for on exam. Another time we spent over $2000 on procedures an no problem was found. Dog stopped limping eventually on his own. For dental surgery we were quoted three times more than a clinic in Langely, so we took our dog there instead and had great care. I think Kennedy Heights overcharges.

Been a Client for many many years, and have never ever had an issue. LOVE THE STAFF AND DOCTORS!!!! Would never take my pet anywhere else. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Spend 20 plus years as a client, no real problems except price. We then had a sick boxer and spent $7000.00. After spending that money they seemed to realize that we would spend the bucks, got our next dog and they wanted to do very pricey tests for everything, something they did not do prior. Not a nice way to treat a long term client.

This vet clinic is fantastic. They are pricier than the other clinics but the value for your dollar is well worth it. They have a great team. We have several animals (Ferrets, cats and a dog) and they have been able to handle and accurately diagnose any issues that have come up. Even in times when we were short on money and had what was going to be an expensive vet visit, they allowed us to pay in installments so our pets can get the help they need (Ferrets are known for several different health issues. It can get expensive). If you're cheap, this definitely isn't the place for you. If you want the best health care possible, check out this clinic.

WAS LOOKING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR SURGERY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ONE WITHOUT A VIST. EVEN THOUGH 4 OTHER VETS GAVE ME ONE OVER THE PHONE. GAVE ME THE FELLING THEY JUST WANTED MY MONEY. TALKED TO OTHER PET OWNERS IN THE AREA AND WAS TOLD THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD EXPIRIENCES WITH DELTA / SURREY VETS ON SOTT ROAD STILL LOOKING FOR A GOOD ONE.

OMG! This place is horrible! I was told three different things by three different vets (transient staff) Becuase we couldnt afford to pay the outragous fees they wanted we took it upon ourselves to look after our cat ( wound maint). This vet is terrible stay away! They actually sent me a letter saying that they would no longer provide care to my cat...for no reason other than they were not getting from me what they wanted (extra money). Any vet that puts all the animals that have died at thier clinic on the wall is questionable at best. CAUTION STAY AWAY!!!

This Animal Hospital is one in a million. The staff are fantastic in all ways, with knowledge and understanding for both pets and their owners. I've been taking my ferrets here for years now and I always know they will get the best care possible, in every situation.
