Dr Duffy Jones is the most intelligent, skilled & compassionate vet I have ever known! He is genuinely concerned about the pets & their owners. He is one of those vets that gets on the floor with your dog & it is obvious he truly loves what he does. I have referred a number of people to him because their vet could not figure out what was wrong w/ their pet. It's amazing how he properly diagnosed the problems that others have missed. I have seen this many times. He also listens to the owner's concerns & explains things at the appropriate level. Questions are encouraged. Phone calls are returned quickly & not rushed. The staff has always been knowledgeable & caring as well. They handle the animals as if they were their own. I feel completely comfortable leaving my beloved pets in their care. I know I will get the correct diagnoses & my pets will be clean, comfortable & well cared for.
