Our dog was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and needed to have a leg removed, we spent all day at the clinic with the vet and was told this was our best course of action. We were quoted a bill of $1,200.00 for this service and was told we needed to have this done ASAP. This was on a Friday. we set up to have the dog come back the next Tuesday. little did we know we were being set up not only for the heartbreak but to be ripped off! the day we were to drop off the dog they filled out the papers with an estimate of $2,000.00-$2,500.00 and tried to rehash what had beed decided the Friday before and charge us for this. By this time we love our dog and went ahead with her treatment. but talk about sticker shock! they used the old bait and switch, get you to agree on a procedure and then slap you with the price when your back is against the wall. Others have complained about this as well, also they kept delaying the surgery time to run the bill up to the highest possible limit Avoid this clinic
