I would never recommend to anyonee to go here even in an emergency. I too have a complant in with the state . They let my dog die. My Great Dane had Blotted. I knew this and told them so. They were to do the surgey with in the hour. 5 hours later my dog was dead. She died alone.Why. Had other appoinments before me. For everyday check ups. Then charged me for the care I did not get

Contrary to the other ratings, my experience has been good. They saved the life of my female who was in labor and had been sent home that afternoon by another vet. The puppy had died inside and was rotting inside the female. They kept her from Friday night thru Sunday on an antibiotic IV drip. I paid almost $2000 to another vet in the area for a C section, so their fee of a little over $2000 does not seem excessive.

The experience we had at this vet was not a very good one. Before we got there the vet tech asked us on the phone how we were paying. When we arrived and saw the vet he was very rude. Instead of explaining to us what was wrong with our dog in layman's terms, he felt the need to show his arrogance by explaining the blood work results to us as if we were doctors. We had no idea what he was talking about. Of course before the blood work was taken they reminded us of how much it was going to cost us. Even after this so called explanation, they still had no idea what was wrong with our dog. They sent us home with a lot less money and drugs to administer to the dog. Luckily he got better, but I have no idea what we paid for. We are not originally from the area so had no idea about this vet's reputation. Of course now we know not to go back there.

This clinic has a horrible reputation. The problem is nobody complains to any authorities about their excessive costs, poor care, and arrogant attitude. Local pet adoption authorities, many local vets all are very aware of this 24 hour facility and many do not refer patients to go there. They are under investigation by the State vet board for the death of our dog while in their care. He was left alone and was vomiting blood because they never gave her the medication we adamantly explained was needed for her pre existing condition. They charges a huge sum of money to kill our dog and not refund us the money, they avoided us for a long time and i am finding others in the area who can not get in to talk to the administration about the excessive billing. It is easy to file a small claims, send a letter to the state board and file a bbb report to help stop this butchery shop.
