Does not discuss ongoing care when admitted....does not return calls....has staff give diagnoses and care info when in fact it should be the veterinarian per NC law to discuss with owner. Cannot ask questions or you get the "attitude". You must accept any and all to be done. Shop around, you should have good rapport and respect per NC Veterinary Practice Act.

Knowledgeable and CARING! Dr. Williams and all her staff are kind and give the best care possible to cats and their owners.It is a very clean facility with modern equipment.Dr. Williams is always willing to take time to explain in detail any illness and to make logical recommendations for care. The Sound Cat is simply the BEST!!

Every person on staff has a genuine love for cats...Dr. Williams is the most compassionate, brilliant and resourceful vet I have encountered in over 40 years of pet ownership.

I agree....very loving towards animals. I won't take mu babies anywhere else now that I have found her. Also very smart and knows what injections SHOULD NOT be given to purebred cats. I found myself having to argue with other vets so as not to give my purebreds certain shots and walking into her office was a breathe of fresh air. Very up to date on all things medical and safe. Clean and welcoming office.

dr. williams is an excellant and caring vet., who is a cat specialist. i only wish there were two of her. her clinic is outstanding ,with the latest equipment you can imagine. the staff is great, who puts up with alot of questions from concerned parents.Dr.Williams priority is your beloved pet.

This is REALLY the only decent cat vet in the area. The vet Dr. Williams is awesome. Don't take your cat anywhere else. They have ultrasound. They can handle feral cats. AAAA+++
