In ten days I was charged for two urine analysis, 3 different antibiotics, 2 of which were not the correct ones but I had to pay for them, an x ray, and consultations fees. They said their procedures are routine, and that medicine is not linear or guaranteed even though the test results showed it was the same bacteria from the previous time and that it is resistant to the antibiotic. I was given medication that did not work and had to go back twice more. I was not made aware that I would be charged twice for the same tests. Before agreeing to the x ray, they had already prepared the exam room and said that I would agree to it. Don’t spend your time or money here, they charge recklessly and for unnecessary tests. Even before treating for the problem on hand the technician asked if I wanted to proceed with vaccines first. My dog has been on antibiotics for three weeks when it could have been cleared within the first.

Yes, this guy is a crook. He owned the VET-ACCESS clinique before and ripped people off there, now he's changed location, Dr. Jasmin, they should call him Dr. Crrok.

Notorious for being over priced and recommending useless tests and services that aren't really required. As a matter of fact all three Veterinarian clinics in the St-Laurent area are known for exaggerating their services and prices. I was quoted 900$ for my dog who was a little down and had vomited. They insisted on hospitalizing him overnight. I refused. Next morning he was fine. I'm a 1000$ richer. These guys are dishonest and just want your money. Shop around. Their fees are twice the industry. Avoid at all costs. They will prey on your weakness. Make you feel guilty. Don't be intimidated by them, go elsewhere.
