Brought my Chihuahua to get seen and taken care of to leave with him having a ripped Dew claw with lots of septic powder on it, along with him being in alot of pain from a procedure that had to be done.Point is... NO one had enough courtesy to tell me when they gave him to me. As in btw he had an incident that took place. Here is a little ointment to prevent an infection. I had to take him back in just to make sure it wasn't broken since the skin was ripped and the nail was completely sideways. Plus it started bleeding again. For them to try to get me to buy another 30 dollars worth of meds for something that took place there in there care. After paying 300 for his prior visit. Said the skin was cut due to him licking which he wasn't doing. Don't take your loved ones there. They might rip you off and with more damage to your loved one!

My dog was misdiagnosed and when we inquired about it, they lied to cover up the facts. The problem with their lies is that their own records show they lied to cover up their mistakes. We had to transfer our dog to another facility and they gave the wrong history to the other facility. Our dog ended up having to be put to sleep, she was only 3. We spent over $4000 for 23 hours of care or non care. We know she would still be alive if they treated her correctly. We don't know what the other facility would have done if they were given the correct history. We didn't find out this mistake until 2 weeks later. Please don't go here if you want your precious pets to live.
