I have been a client of Dr. Richard for over 2 decades and he is the best vetenarian in the Outaouais area. His love of animals is perceived by my pets as they always feel confortable around him. He will only recommend treatement that is necessary not what costs the most. Some of the services are a bit more pricey than elsewhere but considering you are paying only for what you need I have ended up saving money at this clinic compared to other clinics I have visited.
