I had requested on several occasions to change my address. Called and it was still not done . So my cats stuff was mailed out but it's been almost 2 months since .all they offered me was a donation in my cats name or a statue .I was so insulted just give me anything to pacify me . You guys are incompetent. So those foot prints of my cats are gone .you can't replaced. I am transferring my fur kids to a different vet you should have taken the correct steps . I will never go there again .worst part they did not even care .stay away from this vet .and what is gone can't be replaced .I am left devastated

Don't let the bad reviews from others scare you away from this place! They have 5 vets at this clinic, and the 4 I have been to have been absolutely amazing! Dr. Christie-Leigh Capper is my go-to vet. She is patient, kind & makes my dog feel super comfortable before she does anything. The vet techs are gentle and patient with him as well. They are cheaper than my old vet, and much much much kinder! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always ask Dr. Capper for the price for anything before we do the test, and she works with me to make sure the visit is as affordable as possible while making sure my dog is still getting adequate care. Never have I felt pressured to pay for a test I wasn't able to afford at the time, and the vets are incredibly understanding with letting me know what we NEED to do, & what would be supplementary, without pressuring me whatsoever. Dr. Capper also will let me know the cheapest options while remaining effective for all medication. Incredible clinic/

My son brought in his dog that was attacked by another dog on Friday evening.
The McLeod Vet team was absolutely amazing. They were friendly and straight forward with all information regarding the injuries and procedures involved with treatment. They also provided a very reasonable quote.
They were understanding and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions he had.
My son never felt rushed (even though it was well past closing to complete treatment).
He could not say enough good things about the staff, they were wonderful, and accommodating no matter what hour it was. Thank you so much!

Loved this place unntil they said my puppy would have to stay overnight for observation....alone.....with no one in the building.....alone.....did I mention my puppy would be alone. Just another cash grab by the fine folks at Mcleod Veterinary Clinic. Dont try and justify it. Many other clinics I spoke to were shocked that no one would be on the site. Oh yeah.....my puppy would be alone

We have been taking our pets to see Dr. Bob for over 20 years and he is so compassionate towards our animals and very thorough. After a surgery or even after a visit where my animal was ill they gave me a call to see how my little one was doing. We have seen all the doctors at the clinic and they are all above and beyond excellent and you can definitely tell that they love their job. I will never change clinics!

Been taking our pets there for over 30 years and my kids now take their pets there: Dr. Bob is an amazing doctor! He has true compassion and caring for our dogs. The staff is excellent as well! We would not go anywhere else. Thank God for McKeod Vet Clinic! Thank you Dr. Bob for your time,caring and patience. :).

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Bob at McLeod Vet Clinic since he started his practice. Dr. Bob, the other doctors and the rest of his staff have always been attentive and caring towards our animals. Yesterday we had an emergency with our black lab Mandy and ended up having to put her to sleep. Although the situation was shocking and overwhelming to us, we were calmly and caringly given all the options open to us. When we decided it was best to put our dog to sleep, we were told what to expect and what was happening every step of the way. Although deeply saddened by our loss, we are grateful for the professionalism and genuine caring that was shown to us. Many thanks to Dr. Bob and his staff.

This place is AWFUL! Do not take your pets here! They are overpriced and nickle and dime you for every little thing. The staff is rude and there was even an instance of extreme verbal abuse by Dr. Newfield (how this jerk can call himself a 'Doctor' when he is demeaning to women is astounding).

Been going here for years. The admin staff is awesome, the techs are all amazing and vets are very nice wait times can be a bit frustrating but for the most part they are very good. They are very expensive, do not give discounts for multiple pets and gouge. It's a nice place and I really like the staff but am changing because I feel they over charge and they are not the most state of the art facility.

Had my puppy treated for a suspected broken leg... very kind and courteous staff. Everyone there clearly loves animals. Great atmosphere and overall great experience.

My cat, Chloe, spent 3 days at the clinic being treated for hepatic lipidosis. On saturday, February 4th, she was sent home to us, incredibly weak and lethargic, only to die the next morning, despite all my efforts caring for her the evening before. I had emailed Dr Newfield with my experience, and he responded (5 days later)saying that a feeding tube had been offered but declined by us. This a lie! We were told to try syringe feeding her over the weekend, and if that didn’t work, to come back Monday and we could make a decision whether or not to put an indwelling tube. Dr Kellsey sent home a cat so sick she couldn't even hold up her head. NO ONE AT THIS CLINIC WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!!! I will NEVER bring another animal here! After paying $1100 I have a dead cat and they wouldn't even pay for her cremation. I got a "reduced rate." He doesn't value lives of animals as much as he claims to.

We went to this clinic for years and trusted them. The staff are friendly and they seemed to be quite good with our smaller breeds of dogs, but, to be fair, those dogs only presented with straight-forward problems. However, their treatment of our giant dog has been abyssmal and it has been a helluva an ordeal to sort out the good treatment from the irresponsible treatment from vets we thought we could trust. Things that they did or didn't do with our giant breed have been inexcusable. There was a complete lack of respect for the issues unique to the health of a breed of this size. We just hope that her lifespan hasn't been shortened from this. And, like some other people have commented, they are very expensive in comparison to other clinics. Their recent treatment of our giant breed was the last straw and after a more than 10-year affiliation with McLeod, Dr. Bob, and his other vets, we ended it and have gone to another vet.

I love love love this clinic! Dr. Neufeld goes above and beyond and the staff are warm, compassionate, educated, and always smiling. I have been going to them since 1997. I trust the health of all my pets 100% with Dr. Neufeld and his staff!

Have been taking my animals here for over 10 years. Dr. Newfield is great. Great surgeon and always takes the time to eval my animals appropriately. The other vets have been great too. I find in the last couple of years the waits are long (understand there can be emergencies from time to time, but this seems to be a more chronic thing) and also I find he is one of the most expensive vets in town, in talking with others and occasionally visiting others.
