Owner, Debra Clopton D.V.M., was intitially very helpful as she makes house calls. My 80 lb lab was sick and could not get in the car. Vet came as promised and prescribed medication to treat infection. She wanted blood for tests she said needed to be done. She saw each of my four dogs while here. It cost me nearly one thousand dollars in one month for three brief visits. When thyroid, heart, and pain meds ran out she would not respond or return phone messages. After over a week I made appointment with regular vet and paid again for exams, tests because she would not forward exam reports and lab test reports to next vet. Now I wonder if $300 lab tests were ever run. She didn't care enough about my dogs being out of medicine to return my call. I am certain she got my messages, at least one each day for over a week. Bad attitude, poor communicator. and apparently not very honest. No wonder she works alone.
