Staff is very caring and thorough! Facilities are not threatening or scary (no barking dogs to scare the kitties) for cats. One negative is the cost. Can't say that cats don't get really good care, just that this clinic doesn't spare any cost. However, they always inform the pet owner of anticipated cost and work with the owner to stay within financial limits.
