Click to report rating    11/26/24   5     4     5     5   Ihave found the staff at Bridgetown Veterinarian Clinic very caring and empathetic to our big boy Thor. Dr Emily was especially kind to my husband and me when he became ill. RID: 71173
Click to report rating    4/6/23   1     1     1     1   This is by far the worst clinic I've ever brought my animals to. Dr. Hall is the angirest vet I've come across, she belittles owners (calling them neglecful and bad owners), gives minimal care to the animals who come in, does not follow appropriate procedures (ie: giving x-rays at an appropriate time), and the staff (most of all Dr. Hall) will turn their noses up to clients as though everyone is beneath them. Once asking for my pets papers stating we were going elsewhere, they didn't care to ask why we wanted to leave or even ask if there was anything they could do to keep us as clients. That shows how little they may actually care. Good luck to those who continue to go there and to new clients, please beware. RID: 70635

5/10/17   2     4     4     5   My wife and I took our 7 month Australian shepherd in for a checkup after he was neutered. They had us put him on the scale for weighing and that was great. Our dog is a little timid around strangers and was sitting under my chair in the waiting room. A young lady with a lab coat came over and asked if she could take our dog into the room to see the vet. I said okay and gave her his leash. She started pulling on the leash and he didn't want to go as he was afraid. She started dragging him across the floor with the leash attached to his collar. I got very upset watching this and asked her what the hell she is doing. I told her I'll take him in myself which I did. When I told asked the vet what kind of way is that to treat someone's dog and she replied that her assistant was only trying to help. That was the last time I've ever taken my dogs there and will never take them back to that place. Can't imagine how they treat animals when he owners aren't around! RID: 63598
Click to report rating    3/6/16   1     4     1     1   This was by far the worst vet hospital experience I've had. Dr. Patterson was amazing and thanks to her my cat is better, BUT the receptionist needs to be fired because she is rude and has no people skills. I will not be back there because of the way she treated us. She seen us waiting to be seen and took a customer who came in after us before us instead of helping us first and we were only there to pick up our cat. She was unfriendly from the start by ignoring us then and she tried to force their horrible food on me for my cat which I know all about because I've worked at global pet foods. When I was nice about not taking the food (because I know its their job to push it for sales) she was so mean and went out back to the vet and came back to aggressivly grab a different food to try to sell me and when I said no again she raised her voice at me and said I was going against vet reccomendations. I would also like to point out that my cat is healthy again WITHOUT feeding their food. RID: 59949

Click to report rating    3/25/15   5     5     5     5   The most helpful and understanding staff. They truly care about our pets and go above and beyond for them. I've been able to get appointments right away when my animals have been sick. RID: 56420
Click to report rating    10/27/13   5     5     5     5   DR. Hall is a great vet, and I have had her for my rescue cats and dogs for almost 20 yrs. Travel throughout Canada and other countries, she is the most caring and loving vet I have had for my animals. RID: 47924
3/12/13   3     3     3     3   Dr. Hall: I brought my cat in to see her a few months ago. She did not introduce herself to me or to Xara. She didn't even touch the cat before administering the shot! We talked about ways to lower inflammation. Diet came up. I expressed that I would like to focus on a "natural" feline diet, and not grains & legumes. Dr Hall:"Natural! I hate that word natural! If you want natural, go move to Africa where life expectancy is twenty-five!" My thoughts, kept to myself at the time were, How ignorant, insensitive & borderline racist! She continued to belittled me by saying "there is no evidence that GMOs (soy in this case) have any ill effects on humans/animals & questioned why it is that I felt I knew more about this than the scientists that have developed they're pet food over the course of the last forty years" All I wanted was to get some good care for my cat, and I felt I was being forced to justify my morals to an angry woman. I didn't even know her name at tha RID: 41013
