This vet was close to my house so I decided to give them a shot. First of all I noticed the facility (the exam room in particular) was quite dirty. After the vet came into the room he wasnt friendly, I felt rushed, he didnt show much compassion or interest in figuring out what was wrong with my 15 yr old cat. I felt rushed and like I was an inconveniece to his day. To top it off, I got my bill at the desk and was shocked to see his exam fee was more than double where I had been going! Even though this vet is only 5 minutes from my home, I will not be going back.

Just outstanding. After being with Dr. Dolphin for about 4 years now, I wouldn't take my animals to any other place. It started when we got a ridiculous quote for a routine neuter for our first dog, and went to Dr. D for another opinion. He told us what we need and what we didn't and it ended up being a fraction of the cost. Then when we got our second dog she quickly became very sick, and it wasn't immediately obvious what was causing it. Dr. D could have ordered a bunch of tests and charged us big time but instead he took things one at a time, gave us solid advice for diet changes, followed up regularly, listened to us, and consulted with us on every step. At one point we thought she wouldn't get better, but with all his advice together, and a lot of patience and perseverance on his part, he saved my dogs life. Not to mention how kind his staff is and how sweet and compassionate they were through the whole thing, they all truly love animals.

This vet killed my dog on Christmas Day and then charged me $1600.00 for it.

We've just started bringing our Leonberger pup to see Dr. Dolphin, (we've had to be there way too often, he's a bit accident prone and goofy) I've been very impressed with the staff and the vet. The staff was great in calming my nerves when he was mysteriously injured. After asking some pertinent questions, she offered some suggestions and pointers to keep him comfortable and even suggested we wait a couple of days to see if it resolved on it's own - not a common response from most vet clinics. So far we're pretty happy and will be bringing the rest of the menagerie here as well.They are a little more pricey than some other vets but I think in the long run the good vet care will result in less bills.
