Runcimen is an amazing Doctor. She clearly loves animals and animals love her. She is very good at explaining the what and why of the issues I was having with my dog. She even took time from her day to address my concerns over the phone instead of coming to the clinic. Dr. Peck is a different story. My dog did not like her from the moment she stepped in the room. She tried to tell me she a holistic and medical veterinarian which clash to me. Tried to get me right away on vet food... Or a raw diet! What?? But to get off my current food (which is top rated and Canadian made). Also told me to get Chinese medicine treatment after prescribing me meds and antibiotics. What??? And when the real problem was nothing of any of that, it was surgery. post surgery still trying to sell me ointment and supplements and pushing vet foods. No thanks. Runcimen for the win!

Dr. Peck and her staff are wonderful. She has helped my elderly dog on many occassions and goes beyond what she can to help. I have no complaints about this clinic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vet and staff who are knowledgable, and who just care. Keep up the great work!! thanks

while this is a brand new facility I would not recommend them to anyone. I am a multiple pet owner, recently 2 of our pets had health issues and one was developing severe age related aggression. we requested euthanasia for our senior dog who was a danger to us and they refused to do it. instead, they took advantage of our weak state and had us sign our dog over to them. since then I have had to go there for other pets and we are now treated with MUCH LESS KINDNESS than before. they are now cold to us barely polite at times. i have never paid so much money to be treated badly in my life, we are now filing a complaint with the veterinary college and moved clinics. it is a real shame that we have to file these complaints and that there is little pet owners can do when faced with this terrible behaviour
