I have a small dog named Daisy. I have changed addresses several times recently, but I haven't found another veterinary clinic as affordable or with staff as courteous as Brockville. That’s why I prefer to travel quite a long distance to benefit from their remarkable and professional consultations.
Thank you to all the staff, and I warmly recommend everyone to benefit from the services offered with great professionalism. Ion & Liana Melnic

i love the drs and staff of Brookville vet. clinic. Dr Ball and Dr Jen have looked after all my mastiff dogs and they are loving, respectful, and knowledgeable about my breed, my dogs and myself. My dogs are my kids and they realize the intense connection I have with my dogs.The staff and doctors have stood by me in emergencys and saying goodbye to one of my precious babies, they were right there to comfort me and to respectfully look after my deceased friend and companion. I recommend you take your best friend or little baby to Brookville Vet. Clinic. They are the only ones I trust with the most precious things in my life. I have been with them for 25 years, and will continue to be their client. Great going Brookville staff and doctor Ball and Dr.Jenn.your awesome!!!!

The best clinic for a breeder. People do not mince words and don't throw niceties but the diagnosis and the treatment are always correct. Moreover, if you know something about particular breed they will listen and review your suggestions. We have a German pinscher pup (then), who had all signs of epilepsy. However, we found the study that told that it could be a reaction to a vaccine he received. Dr. Woods reviewed the article, followed the suggested approach and applied the recommended treatment. Went much better than recommendations of other vet to get rid go "epileptic" animal

Dr. Ball and his staff are fantastic. They demonstrate care and compassion anytime I have had to use their services. I have always found them punctual and the service very affordable. The vets have a special way with animals and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in any interactions I have had with them. This is a great vet.

My large breed puppy was limping. A friend with the same breed of dog recommended Dr. Ball so I drove 1 hour from Toronto to Campbellville to get my puppy examined. It was well worth the drive. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain his diagnosis. He interacted with my dog better than any vet we have been to with other pets. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The Vets hear are first rate, They do their best and don't overcharge like most. They also discuss what they think and tell you what they don't know and make recommendations without adding guild to the decision.

I have been a client here for 20 years- there is NO ONE better than Steve and Jen! 24/7 they are there for their clients- I am not sure who loves them more me or my dogs!

Dr Ball and the staff at the clinic are amazing. I have a 6 month old rotti/mastiff and unfortunately have had to go visit the clinic numerous times due to various reasons. Dr Ball is very knowledgeable and caring! Over many years, many animals and many different vets Dr Ball is by far the best. I highly recommend Dr Ball as your four legged friends doctor!

Last week I took my 16yo cat to Brookville Veterinary Clinic for some dental work. Dr Ball was extremely knowledgeable in handling my cat and diagnosing her underlying medical problem, and the bill for the work done was extremely reasonable. Brookville is a 45 minute drive from where I live, but I will definitely be back.

I have gone to this vet clinic for over 20 years - I am a breeder and an owner. I drive all the way from Toronto for Steve and Jen and do not even think twice about it! They are there 24/7 if ever and when ever you need help! They are second to none!!!! PB

Started taking our cat here when our other cat died and we had a bad experience at another vet. Both vets are always informative and patient. Our cat had many dietary issues and they were willing to try many avenues with her treatment and well being. They even gave us our money back when a new bag of open food wasn't suited to her. When she got really sick at the age of 10 they tried lots of options (at a fair price) and when nothing seemed to work they were extremely accomodating and helpful when we decided to euthanize her. All the staff are friendly and we would definitely go there again if we had another pet.

the older vet male doctor told me my cat had less then 3 months to live. He was wrong. My cat lived another year and a half. He seemed cold rude and unempathetic. Please go elsewhere. He encouraged me to euthanize my cat, and my cat lived another year and a half.

I have never met a more caring, patient person than Dr. Jenn. She has proven to be most knowledgable and empathetic! I would trust my pets (dog & cat)to no one else!!! Pleased at the cleanliness of the clinic and the sincerity of ALL staff. Gladly drive the 40 minutes for the great care!!!

As a regular patient of Brookville I can sincerely state that I would trust nobody else with my animals. The clinic is clean, the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. As a bulldog breeder I feel that Dr. Ball and staff treat our breed with the respect it deserves. I have never left the office once feeling taking advantage of financially. And I have always been satisfied with treatment and results. When after hours care is needed they are always there without hesitation. I consider BROOKVILLE to be a part of my family as without them my Kennel would not be as successful as it is today....big thanks to all of you, (especially Meghan) who is always so cheerful and supportive on the phone end!

I am a dog breeder and I can't tell you how happy I am with the service I receive from brookville vet clinic. The office staff are helpful, accommodating and more than caring. Dr. Ball and Dr. Woods are always ready to help even after hours. They make my life much easier!

My beloved pet was put under the care for Dr. Ball who diagnosed his disease. Prescribed very expensive medication to control it which should have been monitored to check blood levels. After repeatedly telling staff that my dog was acting drunk, something is wrong, he is getting too much, I was ignored. They did not want to check him. Two days later, my dog stumbled down a few steps, looked at me and had a heart attack. Died right at my feet. I would never go back to that vet.

Great clinic. Both Dr. Ball and Dr. Vanderstarren are wonderful with my dog. I gladly drive 45 minutes to take my dog there. I would never take her anywhere else. It's so evident that all the staff truly love animals. Very clean facility. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I drive here from Toronto with my dogs because I trust Dr. Ball. He is knowledgeable and caring and I never feel like he`s ordering unnecessary procedures just to inflate the bill (a big problem with my old vet). I really appreciate how he takes the time to make my dogs feel comfortable before the exam. He is also well versed in breed-specific health problems (I have a doberman so this is very important to me.) I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I love Brookville vet clinic, and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Dr. Ball is amazing with animals, he'll get right down on the ground with the dogs, and give them pets and treats to make them feel comfortable. All the staff is wonderful. Good prices, and clean clinic.
