I have been a client of this clinic for over 5 years. I order pet food from them as well. I had to call 4 times before i got them to call me back to get my cat food. I went to pick it up and called 4 times with no answer although I could see the girls inside and they were chatting amongst each other. I knocked on the door and when I explained how difficult the experience was to purchase pet food. The employee shrugged her shoulders and said it's covid. I suppose covid is the excuse for poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere for pet food and veterinary services.

Had been a client for over 15 years but now looking for another vet instead. Used to be a great clinic but now are money hungry, sales sales sales, and the "fear certified" is total bs - just another marketing scam. My pet came out of the back area more petrified than he was going in and the vet Sandra was not gentle bringing him back into the room. I commented and my concern was totally shrugged off. Clearly not interested in client relations. Nothing is ever their fault even when it is. Find a better place for your pet.

This clinic is awful. The staff have no empathy, and dr Somerville does not know the care involved in small animals lime the clinic claims. Dr watzin mis diagnosed 2 of our cats, and dr McPhee was the only positive ever for this clinic. If you care about your pets, find another clinic, McPhee is no longer at this clinic. I will never recommended this clinic to anyone. They are heartless, awful people, all of them.

I have been dealing with this Clinic for over 15 years. They are kind and friendly with my animals. The only thing is I find them to more expensive than other clinics. TS

My dog was born witn only one kidney so I am at the clinic often for testing, medication, food, and general exams. The staff are amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctors are the best! We have had four dogs through Watzin's and have delt with cancer and the inevitable letting go of our beloved pets, and were treated as if they were their own! Professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic...I wouldn't take my fur-family anywhere else!

This is the best clinic around. You are treated with respect and your pets are handled with loving care. Dr. Sandra Watzin is the best vet in the world. She treats your pets as if they were her own. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else.

I have been taking my pets to Watzin Clinic for years. They are a friendly bunch and are exceptionally knowledgable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent service for their loved ones.

I have had all of my animals treated at Watzin's. I have only had positive experiences.The staff are friendly and promptly respond to any of my questions/concerns. Dr Watzin now corresponds using email which makes our interaction even more accessible.Lynda Lloyd

After our first visit I knew Dr. Watzin would be the purrrrfect person to care for Ace. She called right after his surgery to let us know he was fine. The staff are always friendly and every appointment is promptly attended to. And, they welcome follow up phone calls and will do everything they can to help us have many years with our Ace.

The staff are so friendly and truly show their interest and concern for our cat. Dr. Watzin is very thorough and provides excellent care to our cat and provides options and information in order to make knowledgeable decisions about our cat's health.

My family pet has been with this vet for almost 14 years. He is very healthy and as he ages he is still getting great care and we are getting good advice in handling his senior years and enjoy having choices in how it is handled

I have been going to Watzin's for 6 years now and I have always felt welcome at every visit. The staff are always kind and make sure I understand what the vet is recommending, and if I have specific questions for the doctor both Dr. MacPhee and Dr. Watzin are more than happy to discuss my pets well being. I think the prices are reasonable, and they are not out to get my money, in fact I think it's a shame people tend to think vets are out to get your money. I love Watzin's, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Watzin vet clinic has made some tough times much easier knowing that our pets care is most important to them. We have never been disappointed in the staff. My pets have had major surgery's there and happily recovered thanks to there caring attention.

Great first time experience. Greeted politely & genuinely felt welcome. This was a routine visit as I am new to the area. Prices were reasonable (I had called around prior to the appointment). Clean facility & the girl at the front desk was so kind she even sent me home with some complimentary treats. I feel comfortable continuing my annual pet care at the establishment. I would also recommend to my family.

Too Expensive.
Poor physical exams of my pets.
Her main concern seems to be focused on money and not your pet.
I feel as well Dr. Watzin over vaccinated my dog for the past few years. She used a 3 year rabies vaccine but vaccinated every 2 years. I believe the reports I have read through research that all these vaccinations and heart worm meds do weaken a dogs immune system and can possibly cause cancer and should be used more sparingly. She is definitely not the kind of Vet I want looking after my pets.
I am no longer spending my money here
