After visiting 4 other vets who I felt didn't take my concerns as serious as I thought they were, I finally came to south trail for a 5th opinion and I'm glad I did. Dr. Ken and his team were so amazing, I've never felt so much compassion and willingness to help. They caught that our dog had an aggressive form of cancer, I'm so thankful that they were willing to put the extra effort into re-evaluating her and finding an answer instead of an excuse. Who knows how much longer we have with her, but to me they have saved her and given us some more time. I am so grateful for them!

The female vet was excellent but the old guy is terrible. He told me my dogs umbilical hernia was a fat deposit... My dog developed kidney disease and he gave us metacam to treat a sore leg. The metacam progressed the disease to the end stage and my dog had to be put down. The female vet was however fabulous and helped us in any way she could.

They've saved my dog's life twice here, the first time he'd eaten and swallowed his toy and had to have it cut out, the next he had twist/bloat and was very close to not making it, they understood our situation on the price as it was close to $5000 in vet bills in his first year of life and they gave us a break where ever they could on the price.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever had my dog groomed at...really! My dog always looks fabulous and I've even had people at the dog park stop and ask me where I get him groomed. My dog is always treated very well and you can tell that this person loves working with dogs. The groomer has always been forth right in letting me know about any concerns she may have regarding his coat, health or temperment. And the price is no different than anywhere else I've been.

This clinic offers grooming services so had my dog groomed here and they injured his **** then tried to blame it on matting. I brush my dog regularly. My dog shook violently for days, cried and couldn't sit down properly. I asked that a vet there have a look at him because he was very swollen, red and in extreme pain but was told there wasn't a vet available so I ended up having to take him into an emergency clinic. The best reparation they could offer was a 10% discount for the next groom but refused to reimburse for the meds that were prescribed by the emergency clinic for the injury or at least refund $ for the groom. I understand that accidents do happen but when they do, they should admit it and make it right. By the way, they are at least three times more expensive than my other vet for tooth cleaning. Be sure to shop around for rates before going here. There are far less expensive places to take your dog that offer superior service.

They are the best here, they are kind and gentle to the dogs and they even get excited when come in to the clinic. They give plenty of options and they also keep in mind that not everyone has alot of money and they respect that. I recommend this vet office to anyone.

Both Vets were kind and knowledgeable. Support staff was excellent. Facility was clean. Both my dogs love the vet. And they DON'T push their special dog foods on you.
