Lyle was our precious "Dustys" vet for the 12 years and 8 months that we were blessed to have him.He would get so excited when we would say we're going to see Dr. Lyle...Lyle and his amazing techs were there for us when we said our final goodbyes and the compassion and caring for us and Dusty was so appreciated.I would recommend this clinic 200%...They are truly awesome and so caring!

An absolutely wonderful place to take your animals. The staff is extremely thoughtful and understanding. Lyle is an amazing person and actually takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. Dr millette is a great addition to an already fabulous team. If I could give any advice I would say go and try them. You won't be disappointed.

I was house sitting a dog that in an unfortunate instance got hit by a truck. ESP Animal Hospital is where he attends and they said to bring him in immediately when I called. Dr. Valerie Millette was AMAZING, she saw us as we walked in and allowed me to be there 100% of the treatment and explained at all times what she was doing/looking for in testing him. She understood I had some medical knowledge (I'm a paramedic) and took the time to explain things a bit more advanced where many other clinics I find still talk to me as if they know nothing at all. There were some signs of brain swelling and they coordinated a transfer to Pembina Vet for overnight observation. Two days later on her own time I got a text follow up on the condition of the dog which was a very pleasant surprise showing genuine care for the animals she treats. Reception staff were equally attentive and prices seemed comparable to other clinics. Could not have imagined a better experience!

If you are fortunate to have a pet that doesn't require any care other than annual visits, then this is the place for you. Our experience was very negative. Lyle is the only vet and relies on his technicians to communicate with clients unless you have just spent several hundred dollars on tests. Without other colleagues he lacks the ability to collaborate and has difficulty diagnosing complex issues. On 2 separate occasions, he brought out his veterinary text books to read to us which left us with the impression he was unsure of himself. He apparently has an ultra sound machine but we had to go to Birchwood Clinic because he didn't know how to save the records!We had to wait over a week for the appointment and his staff did not assist with making the appointment on our behalf. Lyle has no back up in place so when he is away on vacation and your pet requires care, the staff just say "Go wherever you feel like". Not good if you have a pet with health issues. Have run out of room

Staffs are busy, but when they are serving you, they give you all the attentions. Call before appointment and confirm and able to make appointment in a year a of time. Dr L is lay back and sincere. My 3 dogs and a cat all get taken care by him. we drive an hour just to see him even there is another hospital a black next by.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now, and you couldn't ask for a more compassionate veterinary Doctor. Dr. K and the staff make you feel like home when you come into the office. The time that Lyle spends with your animals makes you know that he really, truly cares about your pets and YOU as the pet owner. Never once have I felt things were rushed .. he gets right down on the floor and talks to your pet and really truly is amazing! I can't say enough about this place and all the girls are so helpful and beyond pleasant to deal with. If you're looking for a veterinarian or a new clinic - this is the one for you. The pricing is also very reasonable and it's only a couple minutes outside of the north perimeter, and well worth the trip to get 100% satisfaction and quality care for your 4-legged friends! Dr. Lyle Kjernisted has been our pets vet for 15 years and you couldn't wish for a more knowledgeable, smart and compassionate vet. We have had many visits there over the years and always very pleased with his care. His staff are the same...and the clinic is very nice. Thank-you Dr. Lyle and staff.

Lyle has always taken the time to explain things and review and concerns i have had with my dog. We have taken him there for the past 13 years.

I have been using this vet for many years. I am always amazed at the bedside manner of the vet and staff. I have no complaints at all, very very good.
