We've been taking our dog to Dr. Ang for five years. Dr. Ang is amazing! He always gives us all the options and information and helps us make informed decisions for our dog. The staff at Canyon Hill are phenominal! They're always very helpful, chearful, and supportive. They truly love animals and are passionate about what they do. We have often been given options to reduce costs, where possible, without compromising the care our dog receives. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of their office. They're great with pets and great with people. We recently rescued another dog, and the staff at Canyon Hill were wonderful! Even after moving out of town, we have continued to commute into Richmond Hill to see Dr. Ang and his staff. I highly recommend Canyon Hill to anyone who is looking for a vet.

I brought my dog(Obee Maltese 4 Years old) to Dr. Ang because he was shaking and had very guarded movement. I thought he had fell or something when I wasn't looking, but it turned out he had been stung by and Insect probably a Bee. He was in pain because of the sting(He's just Tiny), and was having a allergic reaction to the sting. Dr. Ang was able to figure this out and he prescribed pet aspirin and antihistamine, and told me to monitor carefully call immediately if it got worse. Obee got better fast he was Chipper within 48 Hrs. Nice heads up play Dr. Ang.

If your looking for good value, and a caring staff look no further. They are really reasonably priced, and they nice too.

I took my guinea pig to this clinic. It was very close where I used to live and the pet store where I bought it recommended it. Dr. Ang was very nice and treated my piggie well, but I don't think he knew very well what was going on. After looking at the x-rays he said the piggie had some kind of stone (he wasn't even sure about this) and prescribed some medication. After that I noticed my piggie started to deteriorate very fast and had diahrrea. I checked online and it was just a painkiller. I took him over there a second time and he said it didn't look well and prescribed some kind of special food and also soemthing for the gases. Next day, my piggie passed away and there was nothing I could do to save it. I felt like I was being lied about my piggie's health condition and I wasn't even told what was really going on. I spent more than $300 just there and I even got a condolence card many months later. I even got the card from the emergency services before theirs!!

It has always been a pleasure taking my dog here. Dr. Ang always takes the time to answer my questions and gives honest opinions that put my dog's well-being first. He will not give suggestions that are cash-grabs like other vets.

Dr. Ang knows what he's doing but sometimes I believe he's more interested in charging as much as he can. He sometimes thinks business ahead of care.
