The team at West King Edward Animal Clinic are amazing! After a few bad visits with other vets I am so happy I found them. Recently, my pug was very sick and they went above and beyond to try and save him. I will forever be grateful for their compassion, knowledge and the time they took to explain everything to me.
I have recomended them before and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.

West King Ed aminal clinic is a great place to take your animals to, ensuring that they get the best care. We have been taking our dogs to see Dr. Rob Ashburner for years and will continue to take our animals to see him and his wonderful Daughter Dr. Claire Ashburner (the clinic's newest vet!)

I have had great experiences with West King Edward Animal Clinic. They were great with my golden and when we had to put him down they were very respectful and loving towards us and him. I will continue to use them for future pets.

I had to wait in the waiting room for about half an hour before I got to see the vet. Once the vet finally came into the room and took my cat's temperature, she got a knock on the door and left me with a freaked out cat for another 15 minutes. When my cat was finally given his shot needed, I went to the front with my cat to pay. I waited and waited. Finally, a vet assistant came up to the counter and told me that they had given my cat the wrong dosage! Luckily, it was under the amount rather than over! So my poor cat had to be dragged back into the scary room and given another shot! Needless to say, I'm not impressed

I brought a friend's dog to this clinic as this is their vet. My first visit i had to wait an hour to see the vet. They were running behind and could have called so that i didn't have to sit there during work hours. So initially not impressed. The dog needed emergency care over the weekend and the blood results were to be forwarded to the West King Ed clinic. I waited 2 days to hear from them and then called them looking for the results. This after a $2,000 vet and ER bill over the weekend. Enquiring minds plus i needed to let the owners know what was going on. I was informed the clinic was too busy to let me know the results. The dr on call this particular day was the owner. I went by the clinic and suggested that i make an appt so that i could get the results. It is now a day later and i've made another request for the results. This is not typical for a professional vet clinic. At least in my experience. Two thumbs down!

Dr. Rob Ashburner and his staff are the best as far as I'm concerned. I've send a few friends here with their pets and they have nothing but good positive things to say. Dr. Rob is very knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I'm very dissapointed. Looked nice from the street, but they didn't call be back with lab results, and when I called them, took forever to get back to me. I'd rather go somewhere that the staff and vets care about their clients.
