This is a three generation family owned practice. All the Veterinarians are excellent and very caring about our pets. They have even come to our house to deal with some very difficult problems with some of our dogs. They are very thorough and if they believe something is beyond their expertise, they have sent us to specialists who had e dealt successfully with our dogs"issues. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They are concerned with the health of our pets first and foremost.

I have been doing TNR (trap, neuter, release) on my own for many years. For over 10 years, this hospital has provided me with low-cost spay/neuter, which very few animal hospitals are willing to do on Long Island. What I must say truthfully is that they provide the same care and attention to the ferals that I bring in as they do to domesticated pets. I am very pleased and grateful for the work they continue to do for homeless animals. We need more veterinarians with this level of responsibility and compassion! Dr. John Berger is my favorite. He is tops!
