MY PUPPY WAS VERY CLOSE TO DEATH WHEN I SAVED HER. I HAD A FRIEND WHO WORKED FOR DR. CREEL. SHE CALLED HIM AND HE TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS SATURDAY TO COME UP AND HELP MY DOG. HE PUT HER ON IV AND MEDS. SHE HAD PARVO AND WAS VERY WEAK. HE CAME UP SAT. NIGHT AND ALL DAY SUNDAY SHE IS WELL. AND NOW 5 YRS OLD STILL GOING STRONG. I WILL HAVE NO OTHER VET.

Knowledgeble my butt , maybe about a hamster !!!!I brought my dog in for a spaying and 3 weeks later she was dead from Parvo. She had her complete shots as a pup but their office staff does not know what to tell pet owners about seasonal problems my dog might have or suggest any preventitve measures or check ups or tests or mailings to help keep your pet alive. The staff has poor pet etiquette and are lazy when it comes to checking your pet out thoughoughy. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU WANT IT TO LIVE !

This place is great. Everyone knows everyone by name and the entire staff is extremely good with animals. I have a reserved dog and they're always the first people he'll go up to as they know exactly how to act toward him. The trips are very fast and the vet gets straight to the point while maintaining a friendly familiarity. They're never afraid of the intimidating animals (large black dogs, etc), but know when to be cautious of an unpredictable one. The vet is very knowledgeable but easily admits when he does not know something. He sometimes asks questions about our rodents, and you can almost see the information soaking in. Dr. Creel once did a successful hysterectomy on a hamster of mine when she was having internal bleeding. We've never had an antibiotic overdose or anything of the sort as we've had with other vets. They have separate entrances for cats and dogs. The two things I would change is that they sell Science Diet foods, and they close at 6PM.
