I have been bringing my dog for years now, and have always had great service, and the vets are very up-front with what they recommend for my dog. They treat her as if she was their own dog!

Brought my 18 year old seizuring cat in, out of my mind with grieif, and suggested she be put to sleep given her age and the prognosis therein. The male vet there guilted me into test after test, then recommended an over night stay but called me about thirty minutes after I returned home saying they had to put her down. I was charged BOARDING fees although she never did stay overnight, alive. I was also charged cremation fees although I never ever saw body or ashes and was told I would have to pay more to get her ashes. I was charged over $500.00 dollars. This nightmare lasted about 2 hours. I wasn't even able to say goodbye to a cat that was my girl ... she would have walked through fire for me. Although it has been five years and it still haunts me. They are, the vet in particular, the worst clinic I could imagine, without a shred of compassion or decency ... all about the money.

I brought my dog in after she was hit by a car, she had at least a broken leg and could have had internal damage. I dropped her off at 9am and when I called them at noon they still hadn't even looked at her!! I picked her up right away and took her somewhere else, and I still ended up paying 50 bucks for absolutely nothing!! They are terrible!

The absolute worst clinic I have ever been to. Brought in my 8 year old cat seizuring at 5:30 (they were not even busy! I was the only client), I was crying, she was in pain. The first thing they told me was that it would be an emergency charge (for being the only patient?), and how would I be paying. One update from the clinic, and then a call after noon the next day saying she had passed away. NO compassion, just a cash grab. Would never, ever recommend.
