This is what really happens!
Called this morning for an emergency appointment. My yorkie had been coughing and wheezing during the night and the morning was no better. I was told they were booked and I could get an appointment tomorrow. I took the appointment but I noticed that she was getting worse. So I called back and all I got was a non-caring “we’re full”. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with another vet clinic. It was determined that her oxygen levels were very low and she had pneumonia and time was of the essence.
BTW, she’s been going to 911 for the past 13 years! The values are no longer what they were.

I have been going here for over 10 years. The clinic became less friendly and more of a business a few years back. Now the staff are incompetent ( making mistakes in billing, appointment problems, making mistakes with my pet, unknowledgable). I paid hundreds of dollars for blood tests and no one even bothers to call back, I pay hundreds of dollars for x-rays and again I had to make the follow up phone call. How am I supposed to feel valued as a client? The staff are all confused; no one really seems to know what's happening. They are never on time for your appointment; you have to wait so long, even before covid. If you have them prepare medications they usually can't find them. Once I was told they had pills for my cat and they were literally on the counter. They simply don't care to work harder then they have to. Very disappointing, especially when they used to be wonderful. What happened to them?

Behind every word they tell you is about $$$$$ they don't care about animals , well they pretend to care. They did a bad job pretending because they can't helping adding items to your bill. I spoke to 3 neighbours who have pets and we all have the same comments. The Doctor there was really something, arrogant + selling you toys + telling you to do expensive exams which other places said not necessary at all. You can try at least once to experience how special this place is lol

I have been with Dr W since he and his wife began their practice in the basement of their bungalow in the early 90s. They were caring and compassionate, and offered reasonable rates. I no longer go to vet 911 due to price gouging and a poor attitude towards clients and their needs . Its seems all about the money. Procedures and tests are encouraged in order to get the maximum billing possible.The cost for procedures are quite high in comparison to my current vet. The big change seemed to come after DR Gallagher left the practice,.... and the last straw for me, came when I came home after my visit...I was shocked to see that I was charged 35$ for 5 pecid AC pills. I called and complained.....but my complaints fell on deaf ears. No vet called back to explain..The staff is generally very nice but are only following Dr W's policies Probably the most expensive clinic I have ever been to.

Wybranowski did a hip surgery on my dog. My family and I were in and out of the clinic with him after for 1 yr because he wasn't recovering. Wybranowski kept insisting that it was all because we didn't walk him enough (we walk our dog 2hrs per day). Finally we got fed up and brought our pooch to the DMV to have him re-evaluated. Apparently the surgery had been done terribly ... 1. The bones were rubbing against each other in a manner that was apparently very painful 2. The new vets found a bacteria that they never heard of in his leg. So ... My dog had been in terrible pain for about a year walking on an infected and badly treated leg ... All because of that arrogant ****.

I cannot believe what is happening...we went to the clinic with our cat because he was not eating, only vomiting, with fever...we asked what we can do in order to have something to reduce the fever and maybe like an injection to hydrate him..they said they have not that, we have to pay in order to have xray and blood tests...we agreed for the xray and went home...with some medications and drops for his ears...two days later, nothing, no improvement, in fact he was worse...went back...so $700.00 later, the cat is no better, almost 5 days after and guess what...now they had those injections, to hydrate and antibiotic!but that, only after we paid all other things...we cannot believe that the cat is still not better and guess what...all tests cam back perfect! but he is still not eating, we are feeding him with a syringe...and the pills are not even digested by the cat, the came out like they were in plastic...to be continued

I have been going there for 15 years and things have changed for the worst ever since Dr Gallagher has left,there all about $$ without any compassion for you or your animal.I was appalled at they way they conducted themselves the morning my dog past away.I went back to the waiting room in order to compose myself and had one of there staff barge in to advise me that payment could be made where I sat,anyway I paid my bill like allways and left the clinic crying all the way home.the next day after talking with my family we decided to have a private cremation for our friend,we called the clinic and were told that we had to go back there and pay the extra cost of 130$for the private service ,they couldnt wait to get paid when we picked him up,it makes me sick to see that after THOUSANDS of $$$and 15 yearsof loyalty they dont trust there customers.3 wks went by and didn't get his ashes back,we had to make arangements with the cremation company to have him brought to us.Sympathy Card ????$$$$

Superb experience. I had to put down my cat, the time had come to say goodbye but my vet was closed, so I went to Animal 911 as a friend recommended. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, and how very caring they were. They made a painful experience go smoothly and provided great support throughout the ordeal. The price they charged me was what I expected to pay, and no different then other places I had called. Great people.

Very dedicated people. Wonderful doctors, extremely competent and attentive to our needs. They always take great care of our dogs and cat, and when we travel we board them with Animal 911 too so we have nothing to worry about. Have been going there for years, tThey're the best

This clinic is strictly about profit. Animal welfare comes in second. will not take payment arrangements even if you have been going for many years.

i brought my dog in 2 years ago with diarrhea, no appetite,they had to do blood test,medicate him and wanted money, He started to get better but needed more testing I did so. the results came in they could not determine what it was and he needed ultra sound,$1,600 later they said he had cancer but were not sure , -all bull crap, i was a crying mess, the doctor proceeded to tell me the only way to see exactly what was to operate, and needed $3,000 more before I gave him my credit card in hopes of saving my poor dogs life. later that night the doctor called to tell me that he had cancer and it was all over, they removed his spleen and talked to me about chemo,i was fed up with the lies and money grabbing ways I picked up my dying dog the next day, He was in pain and not eating i returned ,they tried to force feed-4 days later we put him down,2 weeks later they sent an invoice for bal. and euthenasia-I ripped it up, they took me for $6000 ride, AVOID money grabbers not animal Lovers

They are expensive and don't budge on their pricing. My dog was there with a liver problem and they charged me 900 dollars for a blood test and boarding for one Night. When I told them I couldn't afford any more of their services, the said there was nothing they could do and I left with a dying dog in my arms and no answer. I found another vet who not only was very reasonable, he didn't even demand down payment and said he would save the dog if he could. Avoid 911 they are theMMOST expensiveripoff artists in Montreal. They couldn't even give a diagnosis.

J'aime beaucoup Animal 911. Un ami m'avait conseillé d'y aller et j'ai été très impresionné par la qualité du service reçu. J'y retourne depuis avec mes chiens. Les gens sont supers gentils et chaleureux, ils offrent beaucoup de services. Continuez votre beau travail!

We would like to thank Animal 911 for all the fantastic work they do. We started going to Animal 911 over twenty years ago with our cat Teddy. To this day, we are still receiving outstanding medical care and service (now for our dogs) from everyone that works there. We always feel more then welcomed and cared for whenever we visit. The staffs extremely knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain results in lament terms that us everyday non veterinary people understand. We never leave feeling confused or left in the dark. This is definitely a clinic that is in it for the animals 100%.
Thank you to Dr. W for always being an outstanding veterinarian and an outstanding person. You always go above and beyond with all your patients, and you mean so very much to us!

Excellent experience. I took my cat there for a second opinion and they diagnosed the real problem right away. She's doing a lot better since and my family is very happy. The doctor was wonderful and the staff friendly and competent. They will be my vet from now on.

I love this clinic. I've been going to them ever since Dr.Wybranowski saved my cat's life in 1998 by performing an emergency surgery. He's the most amazing vet I've ever met and I've been taking all my cats there ever since. The staff is very caring, warm, professional and competent. They love pets and they truly believe in what they do. They're there to do everything for your pet, and they give it to you straight. The choice to do what's needed is yours. I rated 4 on punctuality because sometimes they are behind in appointments because they take in emergencies, but they always inform you of the situation and apologize.
