Staff, including Dr, very friendly and caring. Took a lot of time with me and my puppy, answering all my questions and concerns. Reasonably priced. Convenient hours and good location, too.

First visit to this clinic after moving. Took dog with obvious ear infection. After trying to sell me multiple vaccinations that were not needed seen by vet. Vet did as I wanted and cultured ears, but did not clean them at all left that for me to do when I got home. When I recieved bill had multiple small charges that added up to more than $20 (sharps disposal fee, tech fee, lab processing fee(in addition to the culture) also charged for a sensitivity prior to knowing if the culture would grow (we'll see if I get that back if not able to grow culture). Stated that their facilies were "state of the art" what a laugh - strip mall with old furnishing. Advertised in-house lab but would have to send out for sensitivities. Overall not good, wish I would have checked this web site first.
