No timely follow up. Emergency blood work performed, results received next day, but not communicated back to customer until 3 days later which delayed emergency treatment. No timely followup on emergency care. Errors made with diagnosis and other matters such as ordering of tests resulting in untimely death. Receptionist rude and not sensitive to needs or condition of patients. Would not recommend this clinic if there is an emergency situation with your pet! No experience with routine visits with this vet.
