I used to use this vet clinic and while I love Dr. Moran for the veterinary services, I am not a fan of the vet techs after numerous problems with them. When my cat had surgery, the vet tech just ripped out the stitches vs. moistening the area first and reopened the wound and then I still had to take my cat back two more times because she kept missing stiches. I finally removed them at home myself after the third time of missing them. They also have left blood on the counter overnight forgetting to send it to the lab and not wanting to reimburse for that fee and then wanted a 2nd payment for new labs, clipped the claws past the bleed point and said my persian needed anesthesia for grooming when he just lays there for most people to have it done. Either they wanted more money or were mistreating him. I now go to a vet 20 minutes away vs. 5 that I can trust with my animals. Staff ranked at 3 since I like Dr. Moran but not the techs.

Staff bicker and are excessively moody. Sara is a good vet, but the owner only cares about $ and provides services that she has limited technical skills to perform.

This is not a good place to take your beloved pet. The staff simply doesn't care about your animals. There's no warmth and friendliness. I've never been to a place that cared less. Brookeville Animal Hospital is a little further for Olney residents but it's far better than this place.
