Basically my healthy dog went in for a simple ear infection and due to negligence on Dr Dennis’s part my dog now has neurogenic dry eye and ipsilateral dry nose . She inserted osurnia into the dogs ear without cleaning his ear, dog and vet tech heard screaming and dog let out a big cry like he was in pain . All behind closed doors . Dog leaves office 400$ later with one eye half open and now we will be dealing with this for life . She clearly inserted the syringe too far into his ear damaging the lacrimal and nasal nerves . It has caused great suffering for both my dog and my family . He doesn’t deserve this . I will never go back to her . She then denied and refused to reimburse me .

I have trusted Dr.Dennis with my pets for many years, she does a fantastic job and gives 100%. You get what you pay for in this world and I have never had to question the care I recieve for my furry family since changing veterinary clinics. Dr.Flanagan is just as amazing. Friendly staff and educated technicians and Dr's.
