Basically my healthy dog went in for a simple ear infection and due to negligence on Dr Dennis’s part my dog now has neurogenic dry eye and ipsilateral dry nose . She inserted osurnia into the dogs ear without cleaning his ear, dog and vet tech heard screaming and dog let out a big cry like he was in pain . All behind closed doors . Dog leaves office 400$ later with one eye half open and now we will be dealing with this for life . She clearly inserted the syringe too far into his ear damaging the lacrimal and nasal nerves . It has caused great suffering for both my dog and my family . He doesn’t deserve this . I will never go back to her . She then denied and refused to reimburse me .

This clinic is just second to none. Had my golden retriever seen by Dr. Elizabeth Dennis and I was very happy with her friendliness, confidence and time spent to properly explain the problem and answer questions. Fortunately it seems that my puppy's problem is simple so I cannot say what it would be like for more complex situations. My impression was very positive for a first visit and will be able to provide further testimonials over time. I'll definitely trust my Dog's health and wellbeing to Dr. Dennis. Pricewise, the clinic is in my opinion fair for the service they offer and experience they have in the field. I've seen cheaper clinics with excellent service as well as more extensive clinics with bad services. Marc (Woodstock - ON) - mcbueno2k@hotmail.com.

Yes this clinic charges more than others, but for good reason! I went to another clinic in town due to cost, but quickly came back to Wellington once I noticed the big difference in patient care! You get what you pay for and Wellington is worth the money for the amazing care they give my dog and kitties!

I have trusted Dr.Dennis with my pets for many years, she does a fantastic job and gives 100%. You get what you pay for in this world and I have never had to question the care I recieve for my furry family since changing veterinary clinics. Dr.Flanagan is just as amazing. Friendly staff and educated technicians and Dr's.

You get what you pay for. They have always gone above and beyond what is necessary. Dr. Flannagan is one of the hardest working vets I have ever met.

A well equipped and very clean Animal hospital in Woodstock, now with 2 full time experienced Vets.
Very busy animal hospital for clients with extensive dog & cat care facilities.
Highly recommended if animal quality of surgery and pet care is your concern.
